Adding & Editing Questions
To create a new question:
- Go to the Questions panel.
- Click “Add New.”
- Enter a Question Title.
- Choose the Question Type:
- Traditional (multiple choice with right/wrong answers)
- Informational (content-focused, no scoring, make up microlessons)
- Assign the question to the proper Outline and Outline Section.
- Select the Language.
- Click Save to confirm.
Once saved, you’ll see a series of panels open up where you can build out the question in more detail (e.g., question text, answer options, explanations, media attachments, etc.). Each panel gives you flexible ways to enrich the learner’s experience without changing the original structure.
🗣 Note: Even if your organization uses multiple languages, all questions must be saved in English as the system baseline.
