📊 Tip: Organizing learners into cohorts helps you manage different release dates, locations, or content paths. The Cohort Report (found in Reports) lets you track group engagement alongside individual participation and performance — giving you a clear view of how each learner and cohort are progressing.
📖 Assigning & Unassigning Courses
Admins and Org Leads can assign or unassign courses to participants directly from their dashboard. Use the checkboxes beside each course to manage access — changes save automatically.

It explains what each course status means — whether it’s Assigned by Admin, Purchased by User, Inactive, or Expired — so you always know what’s active, available, or off-limits at a glance.
