Quick Help for Admins & Creators

How do I add images to questions? 

→ In the question editor, click “Add Image” → Upload or Review Existing Media → click the overlapping boxes icon to copy the image → paste into your question body (the paste adds the hyperlink) → Preview → Save All. 

Where’s my media library? 

→ Click “Review Existing Media” during image upload to browse past assets in hierarchical folders. 

How do I create a question? 

→ Questions > Add New → Fill in title, type (Traditional or Informational), Outline and Outline Section, Language (save in English as baseline) → Save. 

How do I create a Product? 

→ Product > Add New → Enter name, description, practice concentration, purchase type (Subscription/Session), subject, image, list price/sale price → Active → (optional) Always Available (leave unchecked if org-only) → connect Product Outline → assign Module(s). 

What’s the difference between Learnery and Org notifications? 

→ Learnery Notifications go to all platform users (use sparingly). Organization Notifications are scoped to your org—send these from Organization > Notifications.
