Sending Notifications (Org vs Platform)

Admins and Org Leads can send notifications. 

Where to configure: 

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications 
  2. Choose one of the following options: 
    • The Learnery Notifications (platform-wide) (all users; use with caution) 
    • Organization notifications (scoped to your org) 



Steps to create: 

  1. Enter Title + Description 
  2. Choose a Time (participant time zones apply) 
  3. Select delivery methods: 
    • Email 
    • SMS (additional fees may apply) 
    • Toast (in-app banner) 
    • Push Notification (mobile) 
  4. Set status: 
    • Is Active (on/off) 
    • Is Daily (repeat daily) 

🎯 Tip: You can tailor notifications to send to your users in certain countries, regions, time zones, or when particular course statuses have changed. See the “Search” dropdown menu.”

🛑 Important: If your notification is only for your org, use the Organization > Notifications tab—not the global setting.
